We provide a 18+ environment where you can explore creative writing, character roleplay, deep conversations, and more.

Every message costs 1 credit. Free users receive 3 credits per day. Pro subscribers get 1000 credits per month with unlimited validity. Credits do not roll over — new credits are added each day/month depending on your plan. You can purchase additional credit packs at any time.

Yes. Your conversations are private and stored securely. We do not sell, share, or disclose your chat data to third parties. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@moonlight.ai. We comply with GDPR and CCPA data subject rights.

Moonlight has no topic restrictions. You can discuss complex or controversial subjects, engage in creative roleplay, write adult fiction, explore personal and emotional topics, and more. We operate an 18+ environment — users must be 18 or older to use the platform.

Unlike most AI platforms, Moonlight does not apply content filters to your conversations. If your message was not processed, it may be due to: a technical error on our end, an issue with the AI model, or a network problem. If this happens repeatedly, please contact support@moonlight.ai with details and we will investigate.

You can delete your account and all associated data by sending a deletion request to support@moonlight.ai. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your credits, conversation history, and personal data will be removed within 30 days of the request.
